Anyone considering a house in 2010?
Please at least talk to me about mine, even if for just a meek consideration. I'm definitely trying to make it worth someone's while with all of the money I'm pouring in and everything I'm including (hot tub, furniture if wanted, etc.). Putting it back in like-new condition, doing lots of landscaping, all minor repairs (of course). Will be covering all closing costs, etc...
Just talk to me about it! Really great school district if you have kids, large and great for parties and entertaining. It's a beautiful house and could be a great "home" for someone else...
